| Sailing itinerary: embarkation from La Spezia at 9:30, welcome briefing, outline of safety measure and of fundamentals of sailing. During the day we will cruise either towards Riomaggiore or to Manarola or to Vernazza or to Monterosso, where we will spend some time at anchor, enjoying some food, relaxing and taking a swim.
